Blizzard Guru Becomes Hellforge

With the ‘death’ of Hellgate: London and Mythos, the collective staff of Hellgate Guru have shifted our focus to the one game that holds the most promise in all of our hearts and minds: Diablo III.

With that in mind, we created Blizzard Guru, which has become Hellforge — It is not your average Diablo III fansite. To us it’s all about the community. At Hellforge, you tell us what you want to say and share your views with our innovative blogging system. It’s easier than posting on a forum, and we have those, too!

You can also share your own videos and images by uploading them for all to see. Writing your own blog, responding to one, or simply posting on a traditional forum? It’s all up to you.

New Diablo III Media @ Official Site

Blizzard has added three new pieces of artwork, two new screenshots, and one new wallpaper on the Official Website. Likewise, we have added the images to our gallery.

In case you haven’t noticed, we’ve also added a gallery of booth babes from ChinaJoy 2008 (It’s the Chinese E3) which you can check out here.

Comprehensive Stacraft 2 Impressions On Tweakers.net

The Dutch site http://Tweakers.net has put up a great article on Starcraft 2.

One of their staffmembers played the game on the WWI in Paris for a couple of hours and has written up a great review of the game.

Since it is in Dutch I took the time to translate the article for all of you.

We know that many of you have been with us for a long time through our coverage of games by Flagship Studios and we also know that many of you came to follow their games because of your dedication to the games that they created at Blizzard Entertainment. To cater to a wide audience of Blizzard fans, we’ve decided that it is now the right time to unleash our newest creation upon the world, Blizzard Guru!

With the possible announcement of Diablo 3, or what is most undoubtedly going to be a new game from Blizzard at the upcoming Blizzard Worldwide Invitational, we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate it than by launching an entire website and community in dedication to Blizzard’s hard work and effort.

We will not only deliver all the up to date news on these issues, but we’ll be providing you with a place that has friendly staff, the most relevant information, a great community as well as lots of new features on our forums that you’ll surely love!
